Welcome on our web site where you are offered accomodation
in a style cottage in a small village "Nižné Malatíny". The village
is located in a region of Liptov (north of Slovakia) just 5 km from
thermal swimming pool „Bešeňová“. We are offerring you accomodation in
an absolutly quiet area of villageMalatíny which has not been discovered
by turists so far. The cottage is placed on a border of the village so
you will not be disturbed by any tenantry of the village (about 150 tenantry).
The accomodation is advisable for everybody preferring silent areas and
intimity and being on step from various tourist atractions of beautiful
Liptov at the same time (it is great for families with children).
We are offering accomodation
in two rooms: - 1. spacious room for 4 persons
with possibility of 1 additional bed, furnished in old style - 2. room for 3 persons with
kitchen -bathroom with toilet
and needle-bath
-garden + grill
- possibility of camping in
the garden (back-yard) + fireplace
- teracce "gánok", swing - parkingplace
Food is not served in the house, you can use a restaurant
SOJKA in the village Malatíny.
Price list:
Out of the season = 50 EUR per day
Spring out of the season = 50 EURper
day
Summer = 55 EURper day
Price valid for the whole cottage / day, for 7 + 1 person,
Additional charges: 30 % for a 3 - night staying 2 EUR /day for dog
A special price can be agreed
for accomodation longer than 14 days.
